The shop opened on Friday in the rue des Maréchaux. After several unsuccessful visits, the Imérian craftsman finally got his hands on the premises he wanted to set up a branch.
The family business is currently run by the second generation, brothers Cédric and Florian Spielhofer. They have always used modern techniques, including our EgoTrace traceability platform to track their production.
