Our cellar is located at Le Pont in La Vallée de Joux, in the heart of the historic Vacherin Mont d’Or region. The Cave du Pont, created in 1906, was completely renovated during the first half of 2014, allowing us to benefit from a high-performance production tool to raise our Vacherins in a traditional and professional way.
